酒店整體不錯，環境清潔，服務人員禮貌，只是熱水爐的水溫不太穩定

I was expecting to use the ficility before I check in ,while I as check in the front desk didn’t tell me the time for breakfast time and everything,she seems want me to reed my self thus is first! 2: I went to 11 floor about 8::0 pm the staff say my room doesn’t including the SPA only gem and pool is free ,after 40 minutes later I call frenzy desk again they say my room it’s including the Spa ,the lady wants charge me 1000 for entry I never have this experience before,since I was gold membership fr Hotel So it’s really bed experience for my stay , Plus I need early check out have not much time to use the SPA again !!
