“Very clean and spacious ”

“Rooms are dirty and have musty smells. Toilet need repair. ”

“No toilet roll,only one towel available in the room. Shower room is dirty and a lot of stains on the floor and wall. Surroundings look insafe”

The hotel looks exactly like what you see in the ads, it’s clean, and the food is genuinely good. But what stood out the most was the staff. “Soy Y Viento is an excellent place for hot springs. Majority of the water comes from Mount Makiling; it means that the water is very relaxing and cures most your body pai. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food are excellent and very fresh. I do not mind coming back next year; for me to enjoy the hot springs from the pool.
