Great boutique hotel in a wonderful location to explore Lille. Staff very friendly and helpful, love the free water refilling machine and excellent price point too. We always stay here when we visit Lille.

Very central hotel for both of Lille's stations, bars and restaurants and places of interest. Nice buffet breakfast. Friendly staff . Good value. Only downside was that bedrooms at the front were noisy due to overnight street cleaning and rubbish collection.

L'hôtel Chagnot est idéalement situé. Le point de vue pour le petit déjeuner est vraiment très agréable. L'hôtel est très propre et le personnel très attentif.

Wonderfully located hotel 8 minutes walk from Lille Europe station located in Lille Flanders square. Surrounded by cafes and in the edge of the Old Town. Excellent value for money and plenty of choice for the buffet breakfast . A joy to sit out on the terrace at breakfast with a view of the square and surrounding buildings. A shame we couture the terrace at other times.
