Ibis team Lille Lomme Centre
We were there with family for the world cup rugby. While expensive on match day, and a metro trip into town.
I was expecting those things.
I don't normally write reviews but both of the team members at front of desk and in breakfast area made such an effort to make sure everything was OK - and to help us as we don't speak french i wanted to say how much it was appreciated.
Our rooms were compact, but very clean. Breakfast was really good and work areas handy.
Some rooms are two singles pushed together - some double bed - so check what you need.
What a difference a friendly, enthusiastic, welcoming team can make.
Simple, and practical, but really impressed.

Je suis encore choquée de la qualité des chambres !
J’ai payé 122€ pour une nuit ! Les chambres sont vieillottes, odeur étranges, la qualité des matériaux c’est une catastrophe. Ce n’est pas du tout le standing d’un 3 étoiles.
Trace d’usure un peu partout dans la chambre.
La chambre est très petite il y avait à peine de l’espace pour faire le tour du lit.
La chambre ne vaut pas plus de 60€ la nuit.
Pour le tarif proposé je séjourne dans des hôtels ou les chambres sont joliement décoré et avec des beaux matériaux.
Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Propore et fonctionnel nécessite un coup de neuf
Service impeccable mais petites chambres étriqué. Salle de bain fonctionnelle et propre mais manque de luminosité. Trop de lumière et mal pensés. Certainement un effort à faire pour mettre un coup de neuf à la peinture.
Par ailleurs, je regrette qu'il n'y ait pas de bouilloire pour le thé et les tisane.

Tres bien pour un hotel de passage bien situé
Chambre simple mais propre et fonctionnelle
Dommage que le parking soit payant

Quelques problèmes de fermeture de porte automatique... bien verifier avant de sortir car ne se ferme pas
