很棒的酒店，有一种博物馆改造的感觉，是一栋15世纪的老建筑，里面配有教堂、N个花园、土耳其浴室、画廊、图书馆，很舒服很安静！

Very nice hotel. Rooms very luxurious and come with deep bathtub, small fridge, safe and coffee machine. Takes a while for the hot water to heat up.

Happy guest
Stunning hotel, a very short walk to the old town. Our room was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. Only one criticism - the lighting in the bathroom was seriously inadequate. We will definitely return!

Not a 5*. No one helped with bags at the door. Parking was full so we had to drive around for over an hour to find anything. Building site next to our bedroom, nowhere near 5* experience.

Reasonable hotel within walking distance of the centre of Lille. The cooked element of the buffet breakfast was cold (beans, scrambled eggs etc) which was disappointing.

Malheureusement les chambres ne valent absolument pas le tarif de la nuit.... le matelas n'est clairement pas confortable (on touche pratiquement le sommier), la moquette vieillote, le contrôle des chambres laisse à desirer, la peinture du couloir au 2eme etage n'est pas finit (pour un 5 etoiles cest moyen). Gros souci avec l'eau chaude de la chambre (l'eau froide est revigorante mais bon ....) heureusement que le personnel à la reception est sympa et disponible (merci au night qui est venu constater pour l'eau froide dans ma chambre) Vraiment dommage car le bâtiment est magnifique

J’avais réservé un. Grand lit la première chambre présenter était avec un petit lit. Après avoir dit que j’avais réservé un grand lit on m’a dit ah un grand lit d’accord mais dans ce cas pas de climatisation franchement je trouve ça un peu mauvais vue le prix de la chambre sans clim c’est pas normal tout ça parce que j’ai réclamer mon grand lit je suis déçue l’endroit est magnifique

chambre qui ne correspondait pas à ma demande. Un petit chauffage d'appoint pour la chauffer. Chambre sombre et très mal éclairée. Inspection de la chambre qui n'avait pas été faite (vieux sandwich entamé resté dans le frigo) Un peu loin à pied du centre ville ; mais il y a le métro à proximité de l'hôtel. POINT POSITIF : belle piscine et SPA agréables. Dommage que la qualité/ prix n'y était pas.

Très bel hôtel, décoration dans le thème de l’abbaye, literie confortable, très propre. Accueil très décevant car nous n’avions pas eu la chambre réservée pour notre nuit de noce (confirmée par téléphone), plusieurs réceptionnistes sur leur téléphone. Suite à notre réclamation nous avons eu une suite équivalente. Lors du check out, nous avons fait part de notre déception. La réceptionniste très navrée a compris notre mécontentement et nous a offert une bouteille de champagne en guise de maigre compensation.

Il y a eu un mariage organisé dans l'établissement le samedi soir avec donc énormément de bruit jusqu'à 2h30 du matin ce qui est évidemment inacceptable pour un établissement de ce type et compte tenu du tarif demandé pour les chambres.
