This 50 m² flat comprises a living room with dining area, a large fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a sofa bed in the living room and a bathroom.

It will be carefully prepared for your arrival!
Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen.
All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels.

The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner.

Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video!

The flat is located on the ground floor of a secure residence in Vieux Lille, avenue du Peuple Belge. You can enjoy its pretty terrace and a parking space for your car!

You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day.

Great location and very clean

We arrived quite late - took us a little while to find the key box which was lower on the fence than expected but I called the concierge service who were super helpful. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean (a little tired in a small number of places) and in a wonderful location. Boulanger and supermarkets in easy reach to stock up on some basics. Being in a gated area the property felt safe and was very quiet which was appreciated after a long day walking to explore Lille!
