"I would 100% stay here again. The room was amazing, breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. Parking was wonderful. The pool was one of the nicest we have seen in a long time! I highly recommend staying here. It was also easy to get to Cook Children's Hospital"

"I was just there for the night, but wish I had a longer trip to enjoy the hotel. It's a stunning hotel, great location, and the staff was very attentive. It's currently under renovations, but service was top notch nonetheless. Rooms are fantastic. Very spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. I enjoyed the ammenties, great pool, quiet hotel even though there were tons of families there that night. Cons: Sofa beds aren't comfortable. The mattress is very thin and you can feel the frame. Elevators were slow."

"We stayed for 3 nights here for 2 rooms - we were happy for our first night because of their newly modeled rooms with beautiful, clean, and minimalist designs. However, the service sucks here - first of all, there should be no need for them to ask whether we want our rooms to be lightly cleaned/refresh items if we didn’t leave our privacy tags on the door. Even though I replied yes, we were surprised that our rooms really were lightly cleaned (or I should say, they were barely cleaned) and the beds weren’t even made! When we requested for room service to bring us the water bottles, this was their reply: “You would have to come down to the market to pay for them. We cannot take payment over message system.” What the f*** was that? On top of all of this, one of our rooms’ bathroom door doesn’t close all the way, making it super inconvenient for our showers, spilling all the water out! "

"There were naked people in the pool area. One morning my children were swimming and a man placed his hands inside a woman's shorts (we had to leave). Very nasty place-not ok for children. Sofa bed was rusted and dirty sheets were on it. The mattress was hard on the king size bed and everything needs to be upgraded."

"I can’t say enough about our wonderful stay here. The staff are very helpful, professional, and friendly. The rooms are spacious, pristine, and comfortable. We loved the pool and also enjoyed the cafe in the lobby. We ordered room service late at night and the food was delivered hot, fresh, and was delicious. This is the place to stay if you are Arlington!"
