Everything about this hotel was excellent. It is beautiful, dimly lit and it smells so good! The hotel staff is exceptional. Everyone was friendly and attentive to our needs. The room was spacious with a large balcony and a beautiful view of the city. The bed was so soft and comfortable. They even delivered a cake for my birthday!! We felt like VIP clients, great hotel and superb staff! Definitely recommend, 5 stars

As a Lima native, I had always wanted to stay at the Westin to see “what the fuzz was all about”. This was a short trip, so it was the perfect time to check it out. From the beginning, the service was fantastic. They were very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed (a steamer for our dresses, a late check-out due to us going to the spa and needing extra time to shower afterwards, storing our bags) and I could tell that they acted the same way with every customer. While my wife and I are partial to an ocean view room in Miraflores, we will definitely stay at the Westin again if we have business around that area.
