Brilliant location by the beach and pick up spot for trips out of the city. Very spacious and clean. Was a little cold but heaters were available to warm the bedrooms up

Floors were dirty needing to be washed. Musty smell in kitchen cupboards and wardrobe. No dishwashing tablets / powder or T towel to dry dishes. 24 hour Reception is a concierge for the building. All communication via what’s app. Limited supply of soap and toilet paper.

AMAZING STAY

This was such a great stay!!! He attention to detail, cleanliness, communication via WhatsApp was super quick and nice. I told my husband this is the way to travel from now on!!!! 1000000% recommend! The location was great too!!! 3 min walk to Larcomar. Loved it!

We loved staying at the Wynwood for 3 nights. The property is well maitained and a quick 5 minute walk to Larcomar and all the eating options. The host was extremly responsive to our needs. There was an issue with the water heater that they had fixed right away. Would definitely recommend staying there again

hot shower only 2 minutes, no hair dryer!!

I have stayed at apartments of Miraflores almost 20 times, but here is the worst. hot shower was available only 2-3 minutes!! after 2 minute, runs only cold water. for using hot water, has to close tap and open again after waiting a few minutes. capacity of hot water system is so small, so hot shower is almost impossible. and when I did check-in about 3 p.m, hair dryer broke down. so I asked new one, but next day told me that they don’t have so couldn’t give me. I stayed without hair dryer!! when I stayed at other apartments, owner provided me fan or hair dryer quickly if there was sone problem. but this apartment run by company, Wynwood, they just don’t care about problem of customer. becuase they can recieve salary, no matter how I have problem. this apartment has the worst operation system in south america. Wynwood has many apartments in Miraflores, but I’ll never visit again. more expensive than other apartments, but terrible operation

The apartment was in great shape. However, I would like to suggest that you make it clear that the apartment does not have air conditioning. I live in Miami where every place has air conditioning, so I assumed this one would too. Lima can get pretty hot during the summer, so it's important that potential travelers are aware of this before making a decision.

Great location with a bit of noise at night

The positives: The location is fantastic. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and bars. A safe neighborhood. It has a 24 hour doorman. We talked with Carlos and Fernando and they were both very helpful should a problem arise. The building is modern and has elevators. The negatives: there is no air conditioning. We knew this when renting it and decided to try. For the temperature in January and February I would not recommend no a/c. We stayed for a month and struggled to be comfortable. The problem at night is, with the windows open you hear everything: motorcycles, vendors squeecking horns very early in the morning and even the police will do short blasts with their sirens very early. If you can sleep with ear plugs then maybe it's OK for you. After 1 month we moved to another apartment just 2 blocks away and it is completely silent at night. So just know Calle Alcanfores is not a quiet street. There is also a problem with the closet in the bedroom. It has a strong odor of mildew. The Wynwood group tried to fix it by cleaning and a dehumidifier but it didn't work. You can smell the odor with the door shut so if you are sensitive to this or have allergies would not recommend.
