Modern spacious 2 storey 3 bedroom Villa in the touristic location of Agios Tychonas. The property is 350 m from the sea ( orginized beach) and within walking distance from all amenities.
On the ground floor there is a big living room with TV set , a big kitchen, a toilet and a nice veranda with garden.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms; one ensuite with the master bedroom and another one common for the other two bedrooms.
Upon request can be provided a baby cradle.
