A huge 225 sqm light and bright interior designed 4 bedroom apartment only 2 mins walk to the seafront. Located in an exclusive and small private gated residential development it provides a unique opportunity for seclusion and quiet yet is located right in the heart of the action of this bustling seaside town. After a day of exploring this amazing island, come back to swim in the luxury gated pool and then relax on the huge balcony overlooking the landscaped gardens.
THE SPACE:
The apartment can sleep 8 guests in 4 large bedrooms. A folding bed and travel cot can also be provided on request for 2 additional smaller guests.
BEDROOM 1 – Master bedroom with en-suite shower room
A huge and luxurious master bedroom with a 200x200 hand carved antique wooden four poster bed. The mattress is of the highest orthopaedic hotel quality to ensure you get an amazing nights sleep. Interior designed with unique and wonderful objects and artefacts from around the world this bedroom also has a large modern en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit, toilet and bidet. Hidden roller blinds ensure that the room can be blacked out should you wish to sleep in pure darkness – alternatively adjust according to the amount of light you want to come through. The room is filled with natural light and the main balcony can be accessed via sliding doors. Large amounts of storage cupboards are fitted for all your clothes and suitcases and there is a modern remote controlled air-condition unit. If you prefer not to use aircon then a fan is available on request.

A light and bright room with a large double divan bed which has been fitted with a TEMPUR® mattress to ensure you have a quality sleep.

MAIN BATHROOM
In addition to the en-suite bathroom there is also a main bathroom for the use of bedrooms 3 & 4. This huge space contains a deep bathtub with overhead shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet.
LIVING & DINING ROOM
A huge and stunning, light filled space which is perfect for relaxing and dining with friends and family. The 43” smart TV and wireless blue tooth speaker will satisfy all your audio-visual needs, however, if you prefer to keep your tech to a minimum the loose yourself in the many luxury coffee table books or perhaps enjoy a game of cards or backgammon.
The large dining table seats 10 and leads through to the kitchen area.
The room is connected to the balcony via a series of large sliding doors and is a perfect example of open planning living. There is a modern remote controlled air-condition unit. If you prefer not to use aircon then a fan is available on request.
KITCHEN
A beautiful Greek-Blue kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. There is an integrated washing machine and dishwasher as well as a large fridge/freezer. For cooking there is a ceramic hob, oven and microwave. Wake up in the morning and enjoy a Nespresso from the machine or make a smoothie with the Nutribullet. A kitchen table seats 4 and there is access to a balcony with a storage room for pool floats etc. There is a modern remote controlled air-condition unit. If you prefer not to use aircon then a fan is available on request.
MAIN BALCONY
The apartment has an exceptionally huge balcony which has been stunningly designed with 2 separate areas for lounging. A dining table allows you to eat al-fresco and the sofa area is perfect for relaxing and talking about the days activities.

THE SWIMMING POOL
Located in a small exclusive and gated residential complex of only 14 apartments (only 12 of these apartments share a pool - penthouses have a rooftop pool) the pool is very quiet and hardly used as most residents are at work during the day. It is maintained and cleaned on a daily basis
The pool area is absolutely stunning. There are 4 sun loungers, additional seating area for 4 and a large sun umbrella. The area has areas of sun for most of the day and a grassy garden area is perfect for children to play.
PARKING
There are 2 car parking spaces for this apartment located under the shelter of the building. Access to the complex is via an electronic gate and a key fob will be provided for you to use.

From the peace and seclusion of your apartment you will be amazed that when you walk out of the gates the bustling life of Limassol is on your doorstep.
