「 Mooie locatie en veel groen en bos. Redelijke afstand naar Maastricht Valkenburg en Genk. Als ouders slaap je pal naast de voordeur van je appartement. Dan een dun deurtje en dan de drie laags stapelbed en dan weer dun deurtje en dan keuken en zithoek en tv corner. Je kan moeilijk samen even lekker een wip maken. Allemaal klein en matig. Met 5 mensen is het net te doen. Wel hoop stuk en schimmel en zilvervisjes. Voordeel is dat er borden en bestek zijn incl. pannen. Badhanddoeken en beddengoed...

「Petit déjeuner très bien le samedi un peu moins le dimanche. Une seule personnes pour tout faire cela fait un peu juste. Sinon très bon séjour. Parcontre désagréable les odeurs devant l'ascenseur a cause des wc a côté. Personnelles très agréable. Merci 」

「I already prepaid but hotel told me I didn’t pay. Then I had to pay again. So I am checking what happened. 」

「All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Rooms clean and quiet. Only 10 mins from railway station and a short walk to the city centre. The free breakfast was adequate and bar prices reasonable. 」

「Very nice staff ; the studio at the 9th floor had a great view and big size (area with sofa/mini kitchen - microwave, sink, tea/coffee maker, a tv and second area with bed and another tv). Bad smell in the bathroom coming from the pipes + bathroom state a bit "tired", but I informed the staff who was very reactive. Great breakfast with many options + fresh raw vegetables. Will definitely stay there again !」

The room they assigned us was inconveniently located on the first floor, facing a noisy street. Despite our very real concerns about potential traffic noise disrupting our sleep, we were dismissively assured that nighttime traffic was not an issue. Adding to our disappointment, we were told that, due to full occupancy, they couldn't switch us to a quieter room with a different...
