萊姆斯通縣出租公寓

「Overall, if you are looking for a place that is affordable, quiet, clean, close to Baylor and safe, this place checks most of those boxes. Property is a newer apartment complex about 10 minutes from the Baylor campus. However, the property is adjacent to I-35 frontage road. Convenient for on-off the highway, but noisy all day and night. Felt clean and safe. Booking, check-in and ongoing communication were very timely for our stay. Ground floor unit if anyone is nervous about doors in...

「Cute, quaint, clean, well furnished and beautiful setting and exactly what we needed after a long day on the road. Word of caution, a bit of mobility is needed to navigate the stairs up to the patio on the regular unit. We ended the evening watching that horse neighbors browse the field and peeking at the stars through the trees!」

「Jim is a great host and sincerely wants your stay to be awesome!」

「Clean」

「It was exactly as we hoped and made for a perfect weekend- thank you!」

「My husband and I stayed here for theee nights! Would recommend hands down! We will be back! The cottage was beautiful, clean, quiet, and spacious. Loved watching the goats and dogs run around in the morning from our window.」

「Let me start by saying the unit is cute. That said there are many things that need major improvement. It was not cleaned and there were bugs and dirt in the corners of the bathtub. The air was not on for arriving guests, so for about 4 hours it was a sweat box. The yard was kinda sketchy. A lot of rebar (potential hazards) sticking up in random spots. The window screen was laying on th ground next to the unit. Don’t expect to arrive early, even if you are provided the code, it is 39 per hour....

「Quiet and peaceful in the heart of town. The hosts were great and the property is very dog friendly. Also, the town of Waco is very dog friendly. The pool area had grills and many places to sit and relax. The AC was nice and cold. I highly recommend going to Cameron Park and Terry Black's Barbecue. 」

「Everything that could be needed or wanted was there. It was a very cute place to stay. There were some bugs, but not as many as I would have thought given the location. Overall would stay agin. The one problem we had, was quickly fixed.」

「We had such a great stay in this tiny container home! It was cute, cozy, and surprisingly comfortable. The space was thoughtfully designed and had everything we needed to relax and feel right at home. It was clean, peaceful, and a perfect little getaway. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and comfy place to unwind. 」

「The loft was unique and had all the amenities you need. Great location! Highly recommend!」

「House is very nice and worked well for our trip. Love the fact that they keep k cups stocked for the coffee drinkers. Parking is a little tricky but we made it work」

「the Host Jim was amazing. the place was clean and quiet. the pool was great」

「Beautiful property and excellent host. Thank you!」

「What a cute place to stay! We loved the location for a quick trip to Waco! I have to highlight the exceptional amenities. Most rentals give you everything low end. Jim does not! The bed and pillows were amazing! It was so nice to have filtered water, Starbucks coffee, high end towels, and the good toilet paper (hey, it matters!). The loft is so cute and perfect for a girls trip! It was nice to have a full kitchen to cook! We highly recommend staying here!」

「The communication and the location of the house was fantastic!」
