「No check in personal on site- they cover the hotel remotely. During check in the staff mixed up the keys and room allocation, which resulted that they assigned me a room which was already occupied.
Then I received different room but the key I got didn’t work to get in. Finally, some hotel staff arrived and helped to give me access.
