「We got in around 9pm and no lights were on and it was very cold. It took a long time to warm up. The stairs are very steep and the dog had trouble going up and down them. The bed was shaky due to the frame and mattress was well used. It was really windy and the house had lots of noises and the flags on top of the building would whistle. Very vintage and cute. Enjoyed the view of the ocean. 」

「Pictures were slightly deceiving as I did not know bedroom and living space is pretty much all combined. Within 30 minutes of arriving we attempted to warm up the oven and it started smoking. Thin walls, rat droppings , floor was obviously not throughly cleaned and could see crumbs under cabinets, very close to beach great view so I guess that’s why they can get away with doing the bare minimum. Won’t be returning or recommending. 」

「We never could find the place. There was a road, but it wasn’t marked and the neighbor was mean mugging us the whole time. So figure it belonged to them. Also, pictures on listing were not the room we got. We saw pictures with a yard but after paying for it, it was a different room. On the second level. Needs better signage to find the place. 」

「The view was amazing. The pictures do not match what is actually there. The owner need to invest in a professional cleaning company both of inside and outside. The onsite property manager was super nice. I felt sorry for him. It could be a fabulous place if the owner would invest some money. 」

「We were able to book the room last minute for one night of a long weekend. The price for a beach stay was quite reasonable especially when you add in the amenities. The hot tub was for adults only which was nice, but the open hours of 10am-10pm made it difficult to visit in the morning with an 11am check out time. 「This was a slightly different stay, as you check in like you would a hotel room, but very easy. We did not have a chance to use the amenities but there is a pool, restaurant, etc. The condo/unit was excellent, had plenty of space for the 4 of us. Great view of the water! Nice balcony. I would only recommend that they have more blankets and pillows available. Note that there are no spices, oil, etc in the kitchen so if you are planning to cook, bring those with you, but it was well stocked...
