「I rented this apartment for my son and his little family for the weekend. We were staying in their other house on the same road for the week. Listing was as described and the host was responsive when issues arose. It was great to have this as an extra place for additional family to come and spend time with us on the lake. 」

「Really cute updated apartment with easy walking access to the OSU campus and Eskimo Joe's. We didn't spend too much time in the apartment other than to sleep and clean up but the beds were very comfortable and the apartment had everything someone would need including a washer and dryer. They have a Keurig coffee maker with pods and creamer available which we did take advantage of. It was really quiet when we were there, of course, I'm sure many of the college kids were home for summer...

「We stayed here in Jan 2025. This place is like an add-on to a small house. It seemed to be a fairly new remodel. The furniture and beds were nice. Temps outside were mid forties. There was one mini split unit that kept the main area plenty warm. There were small space heaters that don't work well for heating the bedrooms so the bedrooms were very cold. 「Overall nice stay. The location is great and the studio is clean and very nice. Keyword, "studio;" may be better to advertise it that way for future guest. The code provided did not work to get into the unit; only the condo itself. However, the host was very responsive that evening to provide us a code to enter the facility that night. 「Tinker AFB visitor center is 2 ish miles away. Everything we wanted to do the zoo, botanical gardens, shops, restaurants and most importantly the base is within a 30 minute drive or less. Its also mobility friendly. There is plenty of room for a wheelchair van, a slight step into the house, all floors are flat and easy for wheel chairs plus the shower has a low step in. Kitchen is functional and the backyard is fully fenced which is nice if you have kids. Looking forward to staying here again....
