This house is large and comfortable for a family get-together. It's in a quiet neighborhood close to amenities. The hosts responded quickly when we required supplies.

Mini 25 vacay

This place was as described. It was a great, quiet place to kick off a new year. There were only two of us but definitely could have more people and have your own space. Communication was good. Lots of things to do when going out or just stay in for peace and quiet. Would recommend and stay there again.

So disappointed. We were in town for our daughter's wedding. Shout out to Roca Berry Farms, they did an excellent job. 1. The garage smelled like a drug lab.2. Wake up the first morning to a dog barking right out side of the house at about 6:30 a.m. This happened both mornings of our stay. Great alarm clock.3. Wake up the first morning to ants all over the kitchen counter.4. The home has the noisiest plumbing I have heard in my life and to qualify this I am a contractor.5. The topper of the stay. We get to house after the wedding reception it is approx. 12:30 a.m. The only ones staying at the home are my 2 sons and their spouses and 2 grandchildren . (3 yrs old and newborn) My sister and her husband also came to the house to unload some items they transported for us and to visit since we only see each other about once a year. The owner comes to the door and rings the doorbell waking the grandkids. Thank you. And proceeds to tell us we have to many vehicles and people at the house. To keep from making a big issue my sister and husband left and we did not get to visit do to an extremely rude owner. Could not leave early enough the next day to get away from the situation. Thank you Karen
