“Front desk staff was very slow, trying to work on two computers and his phone to get us checked in, then he told me my military id was not a real id. Then made me redo the whole check in process that they had me do online, again in person. He made comments about getting a really big room (1 room with 3 Queen beds) after knowing I booked for 2 adults and 4 kids. Room was dirty. Dust and dirt in all corners of the bathroom and on top the the shower. The fridge made a weird noise and wouldn't……

“The breakfast was fantastic and the lady who handles breakfast was super friendly. She gave my niece a little doll and a coloring book with crayons. Overall good place to stay on a road trip. ”

“Breakfast was “gone” or never even stocked except the same pan of sausage and eggs for the 3-hour duration or you could make waffles. No caffeinated coffee in the hotel - not in rooms, at breakfast, nowhere. The elevator had to be switched on for us to reach our room. The clerks carry on foreign language conversations on the phone while helping you. The pool was closed 3 of 4 days. The gym was closed every day for changing lights?? This place offers nothing besides a bed to sleep in.……

“Room wasn’t clean, smelled weird, dead bugs in the room and alive ones as well. Staff was short and argumentative. Would’ve asked for a refund and found a new place to stay but cut my losses and stayed as to not start an argument with the person working the front desk. Pool visibly has a film on top of the water you can see from outside of the pool area. I didn’t even check out the free breakfast based on the condition off the room condition and seeing the pool. Overpriced for what I paid for.”
