“My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this charming lake house. The home was large, and the hardwood floors were beautiful. The backyard was PERFECT for small kids (and our dogs) to play! Lots of room to explore safely! The walk to the lake is probably about .6 miles away with a few hills, so keep that in mind. But it is a beautiful walk. I am still wearing my badge of honor scrapped knee lol. Once you get to the lake, the view was absolutely breathtaking. It was so much fun to swim in……

“My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us and 2 dogs. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen and living room is large, plus the back deck is beautiful. I could tell from the pictures and actually seeing the house that this property suffered damage from the hurricane in 2024. “Wonderful place to stay. We were there to fish on Clarks Hill and this worked perfectly for us. A little bit of a drive but was in town so my wife had plenty to do while we were on the water. Clean, updated house with plenty of room. The host Karen was amazing and handled everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!”

"The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. "
