“Parking on a gravel lot was 58 dollars a day and public parking was 30. No one at desk when I was going to check out. Not Worth the cost at 400 per nite”

“Ours was a spring visit. Our expectations were met. The location is right on the central mall and very close to the beach and the downtown shopping street. Parking is on street. Every room is different, so that could affect how you view your stay. Ours was second floor, one room back from the second floor porch. That porch is where breakfast buffet is served. We could still see the mall from our window while being close to the porch for buffet and coffee or tea during the day…yet our room……

“A lovely modern hotel with clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. A short walk from the boardwalk and bars and restaurants but just set back far enoughso that it is in a quiet location. Would definitely book there again if I return to Asbury Park.”

“Everything was great only thing for me was there was no microwave in the room and it would been nice to have a coffee pot as well. But they do provide it but you have to walk down and use it..being on the third floor it was a bit inconvenient for me . But great spot and nice environment and the staff are really nice .. and the room was very clean and once again location to beach and downtown is awesome .”

“The room was very clean . The staff was friendly and let us in early . The place is a little dated but other than that if your looking for a clean property that won’t break the bank , this is your place .”

“Location of this hotel is amazing. Everything else was just ok. Rooms were clean. Women at front desk didn't know much about parking or where to eat. Also the blinds were sheer so everyone could see in the room at night and the room was light as soon as the sun came up. That drove me crazy. ”

“Safe Comfortable. Clean. The bed is the most comfortable I've had the pleasure of sleeping on ,amongst 2 dozen different motels. Even the "Hilton" doesn't compare. Just all around lovely. & Joe's A nice guy. ”

“Towels were more like rags, same for the blankets. There was no streaming services so we watched old old shows on cable TV. Staff was nice and friendly. Would not recommend.”
