「The property was run-down and looked very shabby. A ceiling tile was moved aside for the TV cable running down the wall to the back of the TV. The bed and bathroom appeared clean. But something smelled skunky. I do NOT smoke cigarettes or pot, but clearly someone had been. 「The rooms were clean but we arrived in the evening and the amount of lights attracting bugs lead to a lot of bugs getting into the room. The stairwell to the 2nd floor also had a very overpowering cat or dog fecal smell.」
