“Great little unit!! The space is exactly as advertised; clean, modern, cozy and everything we needed for our stay. Our son attends college on Long Island and my husband and I were looking for an alternative to a hotel because prices are crazy! This unit is exactly what we were looking for. We have stayed twice at this property and plan to become “regulars” throughout his four years. The host is amazing to work with and great communication as well. ”

“Lunavista Cozy studio was an amazing stay. The owners were very communicative and friendly. The room was very clean, smelled nice, and well organized. Lots of amenities and everything I wanted was provided including toiletries. The only minor downside was that the location as it is along a very busy roadway but I had no issues personally. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. Would definitely stay here again!”

“We wanted an inexpensive place to stay out on Long Island for July 4th weekend. We were a 15-20 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Robert Moses and a 2 hour drive from Montauk.We were able to stay for a very reasonable price over a notoriously expensive weekend.Jenelle's communication was direct, welcoming and helpful.We would definitely stay here again!”

“The location is superb, can’t do much better! Towards the end of the main strip for privacy but still right near the action that you come to Ocean Beach for. The rental was clean and stocked with essentials upon our arrival (definitely a life-saver) with the onsite washer/dryer a bonus!As for the property owner, I’m happy to report that this one is a pleasure… congenial, accommodating and professional from the start of the reservation process and onward.We are looking forward to returning next……

“This unit was great. It's clean, quiet, and centrally located. It comes with 2 bikes which is a huge bonus (the rentals down the street are 40/day). It also has beach chairs and towels which is nice. We would definitely stay here again. ”
