Amazing

We had the best time! This house had everything we needed. There is a pickleball court nearby our boys loved. The hot tub and casita were so fun.

Wonderful Long Weekend Family Getaway

With our children and grandchildren there were19 of us able to come.The adults all had a King size bed. The playground was fun for the youngest ones. The teenagers enjoyed the Arcade and the pool table. There was plenty of parking. It was a nice neighborhood. The grandparents enjoyed the Casita.We reserved time at the Christa McAuliffe Space Simulator which was fun for the teens and adults. We enjoyed going to Moon's Rare Book Store.Thank you Brandon.

Good central location

While there were a few things about the house that weren't quite as advertised in the photos, this house worked well for our group. It was a great central location, not too far from anywhere in Utah Valley. Large enough that we all felt like we had some space when necessary.

Huge unique property

We forgot to use the casita, but even without that, we had plenty of room for our large group. Wish there was one more bathroom, but we managed. Thankful that the owner had plenty of room in trash and room for a lot of parking! Great neighborhood, felt quite safe and the mountain view is amazing.

Great experience

So glad I picked this VRBO to have my family stay in before my wedding! The house was spacious and comfortable. There was a brief period where there was no hot water but we notified Brandon and he took care of it swiftly. I would 100% recommend this VRBO to anyone who has a big family coming into town and you want them to all stay together. Thanks again Brandon!

Great for families

The home has activities for all. The yard was fun for the children and The Arcade and pool table. The large TVs were all nice. There teens and adults enjoyed the hot tub. The trundle beds were in the exercise room ands there was another king bed in the basement so there was room for 20 people easily. The clean up was easy and the host was great. We would definitely recommend.

Wonderful home!

My family and I absolutely loved the house. It felt like home. There was so much room and everything we needed. We ran into a few minor problems. AC had a glitch bit Brandon was responsive, attenive and so kind. There is so much about the property and location that we enjoyed. Comfortable beds, huge kitchen, plenty of places to lounge. We will come back ! :)

Great for Family Reunions

This is a large home that was a perfect size for our group of 20 (4 bedrooms up, 3 down, plus a studio apt off the detached garage w/ a bath and kitchenette). King beds all around, bunks/trundles for the kiddos. It's an older home, so a few unfamiliar sounds and noises kept us up the first night, especially in the basement (sump pump?). There were a few items we had to ask to be stocked, but the host was prompt at responding to and supplying our needs. Bonus: There was plenty of parking in the driveway for everyone, and a room large enough for a snap of the family! Hot tub and fire pit we're great (no marshmallows allowed though), play yard for the kids, and plenty of sitting room to eat. An extra large island for catering meals too!The only real downside was the basement bathroom could have been cleaner so we weren't able to use the shower, which is why we gave it 4 stars instead of 5, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay there! It's located in central Utah County and only 20 minutes away from Salt Lake County, so it's in a great location to see the sites!

It was ok

The location of this property was great for us, there was great space and we where allowed to use the back room. The concerns are the following: 1- Hot tub was filthy and was not functioning properly 2- There was globs of hair on the beds down stairs 3- Pool table had rips and the pool balls where broken 4- Bed covers had stains on them 5- Missing TV remotes

Worked for us

The place was only a mile away from the wedding venue which was super convenient. We rented it thinking another family was going to join us but didn’t end up coming but thankfully they didn’t. While it may sleep 20, there is only 1 bathroom that is not connected to a bedroom in the main house which was kinda inconvenient and also I don’t think the listing clarifies that one bedroom and bathroom is actually in a casita in the backyard not attached. The basement entrance is in the main room with 15 stairs going straight down with no gate. It was very scary with a 1.5 year old. Overall the house was okay for our stay.

Wedding Event

This property is perfect for a Large group attending one of the events at Walker Farms or Wadley Farms where our event was. This location is fully equipped for a large group unlike some of my past VRBO experience. their is a great Hiking Trail literally across the street.The home is very close to all the stores.( Waffle Love has great Croissant Waffles). The 5 bedrooms with FULL KING Beds is a great set up as we had 3 family's sharing this and everybody was very comfortable.Our place was so close and Large the wedding party came over and had there hair done at our location. I never had to contact the host as everything was good. I did use the hiking poles and Hot Tub. Also a Bonus Basketball Hoop and Ball for me and the son to play on the large concrete driveway.

The Farmhouse is a great place for nearby Weddings!

We had a wonderful time at The Farmhouse. There are 8 wedding venues within about 2 miles. We had a group of 12 family and friends with us for a wedding at Wadley Farms. Plenty of room and the house is equipped to handle large groups. Plenty of plates, glasses, bowls, etc. Large TVs in almost every bedroom. We enjoyed cooking out on the back porch and watching the stars. The turf area out back has slides and swings and a nice fire pit (though it was too hot for us to enjoy it). Thank you Brandon for a great stay.

Utah Relaxation

We enjoyed the patio and the outdoors while we were in Lindon. The house was big enough for our party and the kitchen was a good size.. The temperature was a little warm.. so spring or fall would have been perfect to fully enjoy.

Awesome

The property was roomy, with bedrooms that accommodated our out of town children and their children for a wedding and family reunion. The casita was an added bonus. The grassy play area, with outdoor seating, BBQ and Hot tub worked out well. The downstairs had a big screen TV, pool table, arcade game, kitchen, workout room, 2 bedrooms, and bathroom. Upstairs kitchen was used with open space to gather, eat and enjoy. The home had every accommodation including a fly swatter, to make our stay fantastic. The location was great with a 7-11 and other shopping close by. We will return in the future for another stay.

Perfect family gathering house!

This was my daughters wedding weekend and the owner was so kind to let us have the rehearsal dinner in the back yard and it was perfect! The beds were very comfortable! We had plenty of bathrooms to get ready in. The casitas was great for an extra couple who wanted their own space! The one down side was the multi levels both inside and out which were a tripping problem for some but we still couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! Thank you!

Perfect Lindon location

We loved this property in Lindon. The location is so close to local activities like swimming, bike trails, ski resorts, and wedding venues. The house is exceptionally spacious with plenty of super comfortable king size beds and big screen TVs for everyone. Our kids loved the hot tub, pool table, and living on a bike path. Brandon was the best host. He was so helpful whenever we needed anything and just a great guy! We would return here in a heartbeat.
