「Great location away from city center but easily within walking distance to shop. Quiet neighborhood.」

「Golf Course Condo 99 is so perfect. It will sleep six people comfortably. We love the location. It looks right out onto the golf course and the mountains right above it. Black Butte Ranch is stunning.. The Condo has everything you need. The parking is easy to get to and from the condo. The place gets a lot of light. If you enjoy having a fire in the evening in the fireplace, this place is for you. We came down for a wedding don’t think we could’ve picked a better place. There were two of...

「Blackout blinds were great for the early sunrise and the AC kept us nice and cool.」

「Very cute duplex, convenient location, easy rental.」

「While the property has been updated and would have been a nice place to getaway, unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience. The garbage cans were in front of the garage and were overflowing with rancid garbage and flies swarming. When we entered the property, there were hundreds of flying insects (like fruit flies) in every room, dead flies on the floor, crumbs on the kitchen floor, and sheets in one bedroom that appeared to have been slept on. We contacted the property manager and...

「Very clean, excellent location. Could not get the TV in master suite to work. Otherwise very good stay」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts made every part of the trip easy and comfortable, from communication to amenities in the home. We will return!」

「Overall a good stay especially for 3 adults & 1 child. The road/traffic noise could be decreased significantly if the air conditioning unit is removed so the window can be closed. The fans in both bathrooms should probably be serviced or replaced as they are ineffective & the first floor fan sounds like it is breaking. The shower door towel rack fell off during our stay but only needs a screw. The shower head leaks but has great flow. We did not use the gray bath mat as it had black...

「The place was super clean and it smelled great! Super equipped and very cozy. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars.」

「We’ve stayed at Roy’s place several times. We love the condo complex and the unit is as described.」

「Great location and view」

「Clean and spacious property. Only negative is that it is a bit outdated.」

「Nice 」

「This unit (which we've stayed at a couple of times) has lovely views of the meadow and mountains. The property is fine with most everything you need but it's not going to blow you away and some of the furniture is Ikea/underwhelming (our bed slates gave way and I noticed that they had been duck tapped down because they're too short or something. We still had a nice time but reminded that summer in Central Oregon can be hot and without AC the upstairs in particular got warm for sleeping at...

「Sparsely outfitted unit. Lots of petty little bugs. Very difficult check in because of VRBOwanting to sound like they were the facility’s actual staff. Ugly start to what was supposed to be a great time.」

「Very nice!」

「Thank you---we hope to be back since we visit the area often...A few comments: Very nice quiet large 2brm unit w lovely balcony and western view, well equipped spacious kitchen and living spaces and nice bathroom (except shower/bath had slow drain, which mgmt said it would fix). Nice to be able to have had our dog, though disappointed that pricing extra chg for dog was not transparent at all and didn't show up until after we booked the non-refundable unit, and it (dog fee) seemed a bit high...
