10/10 Excellent

"Service was not so good in the restaurant.. Not sure what was going on in the restaurant.. Sign said wait for seating.. Waited ten minutes in the waiting area near the bar.. 4 people in the restaurant.. 3 employees working the bar.. One said pick our own.. Went out there.. No service after 10 minutes and went off-site.. Lots of restaurants close.. Hotel as advertised.. Nice location, awesome hotel staff, quiet, beautiful view.. 5 stars!! Lower restaurant… 1 star for service.. Bad night?? Next time I will plan on off-site and not wasting our time.."

"The staff were friendly and check in was super fast and easy. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The water was hot, fridge was extra cold. My only complaint is there was a bit of larger trash scattered around the parking lot, which is not a big deal, but the same pieces weren’t picked up during the entirety of our stay. (3days/2nights). Definitely recommend and will be back."

"The checkin process was great. Frank was very efficient and thorough getting me checked in.the room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The single shower knob was reversed... Clockwise for hot and counter clockwise for cold. That was easily worked around and there was plenty of hot water. The carpet in the rooms do need to be upgraded as it has become stained over the years. Would I return? Definitely, yes!"
