「The room it was very clean and enough space the only one problem in the room was the toilet bowl that it wasn’t flushing well, about the staff the front desk woman that we meet for the check in and check out she wasn’t kind with us very poor service no eye contact with customer not smiling we where like invisible to her she just gave us the keys and without welcoming us very poor reception. But the overnight service it was good I mean, with others staff that replaced her when she left.

「Hi,
I'm satisfied my stay and all your attitude. I can feel the staff very welcome us. I appreciate and highly recommended to stay. A male staff help me to register membership , I stays over 30 days Holiday inn in the pass few year in different country. No staff proactive help me register the membership.
