“Great room and absolutely beautiful food we loved the spa room and the pool. The kids really enjoyed the cinema. The room was very clean and there was good game rooms and the view outside was to die for. The only bad thing was that you had to carry your skis around 350 meters before you could get to the skiing spot. Overall we had a blast and we recommend it as a place to have your ski holiday and relax. It is a lot of fun for both kids and parents 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“The staff was quite rude and with attitude. No free water is absolutely ridiculous for a 4 star hotel. No drinks with a dinner is very strange. Buffet style dinner was amazing, but the portions of the evening meals were like for children.”

“On n'y a passé qu'une nuit, en occupant deux chambres. Et deux ambiances : nous concernant, une chambre sans problème, confortable, litterie de qualité, salle de bain de qualité. Un defaut : présence d'une porte communiquante avec la chambre voisine (fermée heureusement). D'où l'impression d'avoir les voisins dans notre chambre au niveau du son parfois. La seconde chambre a un balcon. Jolie vue. Malheureusement un des deux lits a une literie fatigué (l'autre est parfaite comme dans la première……

“飯店附近冬季是滑雪勝地，也有很多健行路線，離纜車站很近，住宿品質服務與附近環境都不錯，不過可逛可買的東西很少，餐廳選擇也不多，飯店推出的吃到飽晚餐，非常不推薦，菜色種類很少，口味普通，肉類乾硬，不含飲料，價格也不便宜，供餐人員態度友善是唯一的優點，早餐的品質較為正常，選擇也較多”

“Nous avons dû changer de chambre dû à un lavabo qui était bloquer, mais par la suite on nous a donner une chambre bien correct. A l'arriver le personnel n'est pas trop souriant mais cela faut pas s'en faire. Les déjeuner sont très bon.”
