The Inn was nicely decorated and clean. Kate was very nice. Our room and beds were comfortable but the bathroom was extremely small. Not having a restaurant on property for lunch and dinner was somewhat inconvenient. I asked for ice one evening and the husband seemed a bit put out and he never made us feel welcome or really spoke to us. Our room was a few feet from the road so was very noisy. The ones further back may be better. It is about 2 blocks from the small town center so walkable. This is a very small village but people were nice and there are several restaurants.

We loved our room on the third floor, with gorgeous views to the countryside (and horses!), fresh air, and comfortable window seats. The bed was comfortable, especially after we requested lighted bedding for the warm summer weather. Kate was a generous and and helpful host and we enjoyed every one of our breakfasts, so thanks to Aiden for that. We received useful information related to local transportation, taxis, and food from them. We also used a local hairdresser while we were there--thanks to the hotel directory, which made it possible to get my hair done before a local wedding. The back garden is absolutely stunning, so next time I'd like to sit out there with a coffee and simply enjoy the flowers. We hope to return some day.

Was surprised at the 4 star hotel rating. Yes its an old B&B but you have to carry your luggage up flights of stairs, no internet reception on top floor unless you go to the stairwell, water didn't get hot in the shower. Food was good but not what was in the photos.

The Wild Honey Inn was phenomenal! Absolutely beautiful inside! Each room has its own character and beautiful views. The back garden is also beautiful. They serve a wonderful breakfast and were extremely accommodating of all our requests. I would love to stay here again!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Wild Honey Inn. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and chatting with the owners. Our only regret was that we had booked only one night instead of two. We hope to be back on our next trip to Ireland.

This place has charm. Kate was an absolutely lovely host. She gave me great recommendations on what to do in the area. Her Irish hospitality is unmatched. The room was unique and had character. The shower/tub was my favorite out of any of my other stays on this trip. So spacious. I would definitely stay at Wild Honey Inn again in the future.
