Stayed for a solo St Therese pilgrimage. Centrally located hotel near many shops and restaurants and 15 minute walk from train station. It's next door to Cathedral of St Pierre and a 10-15 minute walk from the Carmel of Lisieux, the Basilica of St. Therese, and Les Buissonets (all in different directions). Nice breakfast and friendly staff.
Upon my arrival, Gil was so helpful in accommodating my specific needs for my trip! The hotel is very well kept and it’s conveniently located near restaurants, bakeries, and importantly all the sites if you’re visiting to walk the path of St. Therese. My room was very comfortable and I really enjoyed my stay. I will definitely come back again!
The room, although small, was comfortable. However, the staff did not know what they were doing when they charged my account for the breakfasts. I was overcharged €38,74. Am in the process of recovering this amount.

Liked: Cleanliness
I stayed for one night in the family room, which was a mixed affair. The reception area is very cluttered and the receptionist didn't know that we had already paid or that children do not pay city tax and almost charged me until I queried the amounts. We had to request that the sofa bed was made up and go down for milk and spoons. The room carpet was wet and please be aware that it is extremely noisy up on the top floor, with some kind of pump or machine nehind the walls. Having said that, the young staff were very friendly and accommodating when we asked for things. The bed was comfortable and the best bit was the varied breakfast. It was fine as a pitstop, the town itself is not that great tbh, I would probably stop somewhere else a bit more picturesque with better dining options.
Property was perfect for what we needed. No car parking but on street parking in the area was very cheap. Hotel was linked to a restaurant which served excellent food and there was also a really nice breakfast option. Room was quirky and of a good size with excellent views of the town. Only issue was wifi not working.

Close to the Basilica
Room was carpeted. Bar fridge had half-consumed bottles of liquor. Door would not lock. Breakfast room was messy and small. Front desk person was not very sociable.

Parking Disaster
There was no parking. Hotels.com promised parking which is why I chose it. I suspect the primary fault lies with Hotels.com but the hotel should take responsibility for their entry on the website.
We arrived at the property late in the evening. There were tiny ants crawling on the floor and bed, which were not seen until the morning. When mentioned to the hotel front desk clerk, along with a video, he offered an apology.
When I removed the covers to get in bed, the sheets were dirty; hair and debris like they hadn’t been changed since the last guest or maybe properly washed. I informed reception and they promptly replaced the sheets. However, a few minutes after laying down I felt something crawling on my right shoulder, a tiny brown bug that Im guessing was a bed bug. I would not stay again because of the lack of hygiene in the rooms.
