Home was spotless, and tastefully decorated. Quiet neighborhood, and super easy access to downtown. Would absolutely stay here again!」

「I had a wonderful experience overall at my stay in the Modern Studio, in Kent. Deborah was thorough in communication and welcoming upon my arrival. Their guidebook is full of helpful information about local fare, points of interest and history about the farm and surrounding area. Also, I appreciate the treats and Nespresso. I’d definitely recommend staying for these points and for central location which lends to the ease of walking into town from the studio.」

I had to tell them what VRBO was telling me. The host confirmed the change and only then did they tell me that I would only get a 50% refund for the days I cancelled. I hoped this would be the worst but it got much worse. The unit is the second floor of a two family home and the downstairs neighbors make noise from 7am to 10/11pm. The...

「Pretty view, clean rooms, plenty of kitchen tools, thermostat specifically for the bathroom which was fantastic. Only downside was the bed was only about half as comfy as a hotel bed, and the bathroom is the opposite side of the bed room. All in all though, it was a fantastic stay, and I would rebook for my next vacation here easily.」
