“We stayed at The Bay Hotel & Suites with two young children and unfortunately our experience fell well below expectations. We booked a Senior Suite with Garden View based on the description and photographs advertised, but the initial room was materially different and raised genuine safety concerns. The advertised bathtub did not exist, the shower area was extremely slippery and our son slipped twice on the first day. The balcony opened directly onto a busy parking area with virtually no barrier……

“Sowohl das Zimmer als auch die gesamte Anlage inkl. dem Strand werden in einem tadellosen und sauberen Zustand gehalten. Das gebuchte Zimmer entsprach genaustens den Beschreibungen und den Bildern und war einfach klasse vom Ausblick und den Annehmlichkeiten her. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren abwechslungsreich, hatten eine volle Bandbreite an Angeboten, hatten eine gute Qualität der Nahrungsmittel und an 5 von 7 Abenden gab es ein Themenbuffet, also wirklich viel……

“Hotel in a quiet location with only a short walk to the beach in one direction, and the ‘strip’ in the other. Less than 10 mins from the airport via taxi. Easy check in.”
