「First of all, the whole building and unit needs a lot of TLC. Lots of chipped paint, broken lights, jammed balcony door, stained shower tiles, and water damage. We stayed in unit 5 and had a major issue with our room lock. Poor Elisa took the brunt of our frustration, but she was VERY professional and VERY understanding and took care of business. "The hotel itself is nothing special, but the rooms are large and the Wi-Fi is fast. What really makes the difference is the staff — especially the person who handled my check-in and check-out. She/He was absolutely incredible, super friendly, and always welcoming. The rest of the staff was also very kind and helpful with everything. The pool is small, and there's a mini jacuzzi. The fitness center has an elliptical, a treadmill, and a few weights. But honestly, the staff and the shuttle service make it all worth it. The room is good too."
