「close to airport with free shuttle bus; overall the room is well equipped just not having a fridge (well i don't need it); although a bit distance to the center, they do provide shuttle bus to the gate of dawn too. breakfast included, so it has got everything i need!」

「There are shops around the hotel, not too noise But you get what you need. The room is clear and new. The staffs are kind and really willing to help. Although there is no elevator but only 2 floor up from the ground to the reception. Many of the sight seeing places are walking distance. Highly recommended! 」

「The hotel is located near the old town. We take 15 mins taxi from airport to the hotel. And 15 mins walk to train station. The location is good. The room is tidy. But there is no installation of exhaust fan in the toilet which is not acceptable.」

「good downtown (old town) location within walkable distance to major tour spots. breakfast at the hotel resto was good, and dining area was v nice. facilities within the room are ok, with the exception that there are no elevators or bell boy service (or at least we were not aware there is) so carrying big luggages up and down the narrow stairways could be a pain. hotel assistants are not too attentive to guests requests, we specifically requested large taxis to and from the hotel but both times,...
