“Not every day on vacation brings perfect sunshine, and that was our experience visiting this beautiful home. Despite very unseasonable weather, our entire crew had a wonderful time, though. We had a mix of families and participants from ages 5-58 and there was lots of room for everyone. There were lots of visitor friendly aspects including lots of beach towels, hooks all over to hang things up, an ice maker, and two (gloriously two) dishwashers and ovens. “My sister's family of three and my family of there stayed here to spend Thanksgiving with our parents in Binghamton. The location was perfect (20 minutes from my parents in Binghamton) and the house was big enough to give our two families space when we needed our own space. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and even enjoyed some lake-effect snow the day after Thanksgiving. “Place was convenient for dropping my daughter off at SUNY Binghamton. Was updated, very well laid out with all amenities, clean, organized, thoughtful. Had kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom all of a nice size for two people. Liked the auto soap dispenser. Easy parking. A bit woodsy if you are not into critters but otherwise quite fantastic for price and location.”

The bedrooms are a little bit small but well appointed, and the convenience of the washer and dryer was a plus, as we stayed 9 nights. “Perfect family get away in Appalachin. The property was extremely clean and included anything you could possibly need from wash washer/dryer, and extra pillows. We didn't cook much, but truly appreciated the many brand new appliances (crockpot, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, and microwave). The outdoor seating on the patio is an ideal space to relax with coffee. Nash is a wonderful, responsive host who has thought of everything guests need to feel at home, from lighting that automatically……

“This was a last minute book for us. We stayed for one night. We definitely will come back and come more prepared. The best part was the fire pit and we were able to purchase the wood and everything to start the fire up with the property. They were very nice. Comfortable beds and had a great night.”
