"The property was very clean and the decor was adorable- very welcoming and makes you feel at home. The property owners have gone above and beyond to make sure you have everything you could possibly need for your stay. We have stayed at several rental properties and this was the best stocked we have experienced. The large yard was wonderful for the kids to run and play and we all enjoyed paddle boarding and using the kayak and peddle boat in the evenings. We look forward to coming again."

"This was our first time to visit OBX and Mike is a great host! He was very responsive during the entire process. Even with some renovation delays, he ensured our large family had all the accommodations and amenities we needed for a weeklong trip. The beach is beautiful, the 4x4 area is a great experience, and we saw wild horses everyday. We’re already planning another trip here. Definitely recommend!"

"Octopus Oasis was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group. The two kitchens were a huge plus and made everything so convenient. Kym, the property manager, was wonderful—friendly, responsive, and great to work with. Everything was well-maintained, and we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend!"

"We loved our stay at Grey's Digger! We could walk to the beach but preferred to drive so we could carry all necessary items for the day! There were an abundance of things to do around the area. Every day we saw the horses walking along the ocean. We will definitely be back"
