We booked two family rooms ( for 6 peoples) and called in advance to inform that we need to stay on the same floor. Staff said they have a remark, but they didn’t arranged and not available. Rooms are good.But only the sofa double bed very uncomfortable. We enjoyed the slider in the swimming pool. ...

Hotel needs to be updated, No heat in the bathroom so it was cold when you went in there, They only have double beds, they are comfortable but would be nice if they were a bit bigger. Pool area needs a big upgrade, really echoe when there is a lot of people there, and not much room when it’s full. ...
