“We arrived late in the evening and the property was occupied by railroad employees there for the week - most were in the parking lot visiting, a little noisy. Manager was efficient and our room was clean.”

“The owners/staff at this hotel are exceptional. They go above and beyond for their visitors.”

“Very nice cabin. Good location for us as we wanted to fish at the Millwood State Park. We enjoyed our time at the cabin.”

“This was our second time to stay for our anniversary weekend. Everything you need is right here! We brought our boat and enjoyed fishing on Millwood Lake. The house is comfortable, clean and cozy with everything you need to rest and relax. I would definitely recommend Fisherman's Tale! ”

“Room was clean; however, furnishings are very outdated. Bed was firm, but I was surprised as I did not wake up sore. For the location, it is a good option for a short stay.”

“It is being renovated, NOT newly”

“The place served its purpose. We needed a place to sleep and it was great for that. I wish the listing would of said there is another suite above the property. The host answered questions very quickly and overall it was an easy process.”

“We had such a great time here. Very family friendly with multiple things to keep you occupied. Beds were comfortable and location was good. Quiet even though on Main Street. Patio was nice and private. Such a cute eclectic atmosphere.”

“It was a perfect location to Horatio and Little River Country Club. It was only 20 minutes away.”
