「The breakfast was superb, along with the atrium area. The room and restroom was well-appointed with everything provided for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable. We love that the lady at check-in asked if we preferred the 1st or 2nd floor, and gave a great local dinner recommendation which was wonderful. 」

「Everything is fine, except that the air conditioner and refrigerator are too noisy. Can not sleep」

「Staff were friendly and room was clean. Very convenient if you want to walk to river market. If you don’t want to use valet, there’s a parking garage at the bottom of the same street. There’s like even a little bodega very close. Really like the location. I booked this hotel because of all the amenities but didn’t use. The only critique I can give is to have the pool open later than 9pm. I like to go when all the kids are in bed or maybe have a no kids after 8pm policy」

「Bathroom shower head needs an extension arm, you have to hug the wall to get water on you or rinse hair products out. The room seemed clean. The bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Didn’t notice a lot of noise outside room, which was very nice. The hallway vent was rusted, dirty and disgusting. The lobby area deodorizer smelled very nice. 」
