「Cool little place! The private beach was so nice. Gentle waves were perfect for my 2 year old and being away from the crowd was fantastic. We saw dolphins everyday!」

「Great place. Close to everything! Will book again.」

「Very clean and excellent location right around the corner from HarborTown.」

「We had a great time. Nice place with plenty of updates and amenities for the property. Well stocked to eat at “home” and stay by the water and close by options if you want to venture. Host was very responsive and check in was smooth.」

「easy process to book and communicate with host. Condo was comfortable for 2 people.」

「Pictures made the property seem larger than the actual size. However, the property was really all two people would need. It is a cozy, beautiful little place. It has a fully furnished kitchen with a dishwasher. The freezer had an ice maker, so no need to buy ice for the cooler. There is a cooler and a couple of chairs in the closet. The king size bed was very comfortable but bring your own pillows. I can’t say the same about those. It does have a Roku TV. There were a few things that I...

「We had a great stay! We live in Savannah and experienced an unexpected power outage for a few days. We are a family of 5 including 3 young boys (9,7,3) and needed a comfortable place close to our house to be able to continue on with work and life AND THAT HAS AIR CONDITIONER! Well, the air conditioner works wonderfully (and is in fact brand new!). The boys think they are on vacation and haven't skipped a beat. The view is beautiful and the area feels really safe. Thanks for having us!」

「This was a perfect place for our family of four. Super clean and close to the beach. Would stay here again!」

「The property is exactly as advertised walking distance to Coligny and five minutes to the beach. Hosts we're attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!」

「Gated community with free parking and direct beach access.」

「Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay. Communication was excellent with the owner. Lots of updates have been done to this unit as we have stayed in others that weren’t as updated. Probably could use a new sleeper sofa.」

「Great communication and smooth check-in process! Convenient location and easy access to the beach!」

「This condo has a nice view, but that's about all it has going for it. It's very small...I think it would be too crowded for more than 2 people. It was adequately furnished, but the sofa, chair, and footstools were badly stained. The bed was comfy, but there was a bad odor in the apt. The property management company was pleasant to deal with.」

「We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach with breathtaking ocean views. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the balcony was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets. The property was quiet, well maintained, and the amenities were excellent. Communication with the host was...

「Room was as shown in pictures. Clean, steps from the beach, walking distance to Coligny Park & local shops & restaurants. Had wonderful weather during week of September 12-17. Felt safe with gated entrance & parking.」
