“Loved the location on the water. It was an amazing sight walking out of the bedroom in the morning and seeing the lake right in front of you! Getting down to the house and back up was not as bad as I expected. They made it the best it could be especially at night with the lighted path and stairs. I would stay again for sure although a more comfortable bed would really be appreciated.”

“We attended a May wedding nearby so decided to rent via VRBO rather than the expensive hotel rates around college graduation time. Very pleasant stay in spite of being off season. Our dog played on the beach and in the water with the neighbors friendly young dog. Located alongside a brook which was peaceful as you can hear the water coming down to the bottom of the hill and into the lake. Enjoyed nearby Filmore Glenn for hiking and seeing the beautiful water falls. Plenty of nearby wineries plus……

“We were the first guests of the season and our hosts were wonderful! The space is smallish and clean with a comfy bed and excellent a/c. It was just enough space for my husband and I. The apartment is right on the lake and has a fantastic view. Nothing is super close out there (as is the case with most of the Finger Lakes region), but there are some great restaurants in the nearby towns, beautiful state parks and tons of water activities. Highly recommend staying at Carmella and Rod's place!”

“Our stay was perfect! It was so lovely to wake up every morning to the lake. It was quiet and peaceful. There is a fabulous town called Skaneateles that is 10 minutes away - it had great restaurants and shops, wine store- it was a really beautiful town on the lake. Overall wonderful stay!”

“OK, VRBO doesn't have flexibility with ratings so brief explanation: due to glitch of the system my booking was doubled so actually we didnt stay there. However host was extremely nice and ensure we found adequate place just a day prior our travel. Very nice and sweet, and helpful person. I believe the place is also great but unfortunately havent had a chance to enjoy it.”

“We had an amazing stay here. It is just a short drive from the Cornell University campus, making it the perfect place to stay for alumni visiting the area. The house is spacious and well-equipped, with a fully stocked kitchen, high-speed internet, and family-friendly amenities such as a pack-n-play, large back deck with a propane grill, and a big backyard. The back deck was very relaxing with Adirondack chairs that faced a forest. It's the kind of place where you'd be proud to host family. We……
