Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Not a convenient location. Property was too old. Looking good from the outside but not inside. Room was very smelly and bathroom was dirty, molding, shower door was broken . Towel was smelly too. Sound proof system was bad, we were waken up by the next room’s alarm. Not worth the price. Not recommend anyone to stay there:(

Upon arrival had to wait 40 minutes past check in time for them to clean our room. Says there is free private parking but the street was absolutely rammed so parking was a nightmare. Got taken to our room as they were spraying air freshener to mask the smell, room felt dirty, used eyelash on window and bathroom was very dirty. Bed very uncomfortable. We left for a few hours and when we returned around 8pm very noisy with kids shouting and running around till 12pm. There was a door bell plugged in that kept going off ever half hour so I had to unplug it. No key or lock on the door, I barricaded the door as I didn't feel safe there. Language barrier with staff was very difficult. We got up and left before 9am as I couldn't stand being there any longer. Not a place for families, I had a 6 month old with us and wouldn't stay again. Been to Liverpool many many times and this is the worst place we have stayed. It was convenient for the match but that's it.
