員工非常有禮，位置可以說好，附近有很多大商場和餐廳，非常熱鬧，步行到火車或巴士站只需5至10分鐘；我住的房間很大但有少少舊，但房價合理；另外酒店大堂稍细。

Good central location which made the room noisy as we were located at the front of the hotel. Breakfast hit and miss, just warm on the 1st morning but cold on the 2nd morning. Bedrooms are dark and beds are small. Tables outside were mostly broken and wobbly, drinks were expensive from the bar. Would we stay again, unfortunately no.

We enjoyed our stay - hotel was lovely. However breakfast wasn't very organised. We had to ask for some of the items - bread, butter, cutlery, water. The staff didnt seem to be checking that items were always replenished. One of the days the food was cold - the flames had gone out on burners. Trying to get coffee out of the jug took forever - it was like a workout having to press the button multiple times. The breakfast is the only area that needs improved.

First room wasnt up to much had some dampness in the corner but girl on reception was lovely and sorted another room for us which was great had a lovely stay and the breakfast was amazing. Shame we could only stay the 2 days in the end. Will definitely be back

We were extremely frustrated when we were told that our luggage could not be held at the hotel. We had to pay to keep our luggage in a nearby store until check in. We then had to pay extra to have a later checkout due to our luggage again because we had tours that would not be completed until 11:30am. This hotel was the most expensive place we stayed within a 3 week vacation and honestly, was the most disappointing in terms of customer service. We will not be recommending this hotel to friends.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay here and the hotel was immaculate. Very quiet, fabulous breakfast and helpful staff. Within short walking distance of train station, bus station, shops and attractions. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location in the heart of the city and handy for city centre shopping. The facilities were great. The only thing missing was an airconditioner in the room as it was a bit warm due to the summer heat and the windows don't open. Also, a shower stool in the disabled / accessible rooms would have been great for elderly or disabled customers

Service wasn't great. Waited 10 minutes on reception for someone to turn up at check in. Person who checked us in seemed pretty clueless throughout our stay including giving us an invalid parking discount card.

The hotel is situated nicely for the train station and city centre as it's walkable for both in around 10 minutes. The hotel is undergoing a refurb so the overall appearance should improve when it's finished. The room was dark . Painted a dark green colour it was was quite dingy. Thankfully the windows were large and let a lot of light through to the bedroom. No working fan or window in the bathroom so it got very damp and steamy whenever you had a shower. We stayed 2 nights and breakfast both mornings wasn't a great event. The first morning had all the requirements for a cooked breakfast but it wasn't hot . The lights over the serving dishes were too low and I burnt my hand trying to close the lids. The person on duty was helpful and got me some ice to put on my burn but there was no real concern for me. The second morning was a fiasco. It was busy but there was very little actually ready for everyone. We were all asking for cups, plates, glasses, bacon, eggs, bread, pastries, yogurts, fruits etc etc. lots of people were stood waiting around for things to be brought out and most people were unhappy. On checkout I mentioned my burn and the curt answer I got was we'll look into it . Again no concern for my burnt hand. The foyer and bar area looks good but most of the people working there came over indifferent to questions and requirements. There is no luggage storage facility which may be something that aught to added to the hotel. The situation is the best asset

The hotels location was great—within walking distance to nearly everything, and about a 20 minute walk to Albert Dock. Our room was set apart from the main section of the hotel, so unfortunately, I can’t speak to the experience in the other areas or rooms. The room was very clean and spacious. The room came with biscuits, coffee, and tea. Also came with an ironing board and desk. Housekeeping was so attentive to our needs! The bar was very nice, with happy hour daily until 8 PM—two drinks for $18. Breakfast was included with our stay. On the first day, we had multiple options from the menu. I ordered an omelet, and my daughter had scrambled eggs—both great! The iced coffee was especially delicious. On the second day, breakfast was limited to buffet style only, with no menu options or specialty drinks—just what was available on the bar. Overall, I would definitely consider staying at Sir Thomas again, but next time I’ll likely book directly through the hotel to have more input on the room assignment. Our room was the only one in that area, positioned right next to the elevator.The rest of the guest rooms on our floor, you had to pass through a glass enclosure, beyond which there was a notice about ongoing construction. We honestly never saw anyone else in that section of the hotel, which made it feel quite isolated.

Lovely , helpful staff. Rooms are ready for a little tlc. However, clean and tidy. Breakfast was ok. Eggs had been under heat for too long. Overall very good.
