Hotel in ideal location, few mins walk from Lime st station. Central for everything in Liverpool City centre. Room immaculate, bathroom great size with great shower. Breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff check in took seconds.

The building was lovely and well maintained, an old bank . The room was lovely but the mattress was past its best and in need of replacing. 1st breakfast service was very slow and full English came cold , the following day the service was much quicker and the omelette was very nice and piping hot .

The good: huge hot breakfast included saved us a lot of money and time. Great location. Nice dining room. Nice rooms. The bad: There is no AC and the windows didn't open. There was a terrible, long, loud noise outside every morning at 5am. The ugly: housekeeping didn't change the beds, barely made them, leaving the throw pillows on the floor, didn't dump overflowing trashcan, didn't vacuum,etc. We were there five days.

Enjoyed our stay, really helpful receptionist. Great breakfast. Great location for the city centre. Only dislike where the windows needed to be double glazed and mattress could have been a bit comfier. Over all enjoyed our stay and would go again.

When we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff and given our room number for the duration of our stay, our room was lovely and clean, our bed was comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, the food was freshly cooked and the choice was very good, if we came back to Liverpool we would stay here again.

Hotel staff are extremely nice and they arranged for us check in early due to luggage! The room was clean and comfortable. The bar needs some special offers to generate some passing traffic. Breakfast and attending staff were delightful! Thank you!

Son & Friend stayed after concert at A field, nice to have a twin room with two proper beds! All was good with a proper well cooked breakfast. Location was central and convenient for exploring the delights of Liverpool. Pre-booked parking in nearby Q-Parking.
