The hotel is brilliant, location is fantastic especially if travelling by train. The rooms were clean, spacious and well stocked with tea coffe etc. and great to have a fridge in the room with bottle water. Great having proper milk in a bottle it is was a great addition. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Food was superb in the restaurant and breakfast room

Room clean, quiet, and on a high floor as requested. Bathroom facilities and toiletries very good, and room warm and comfortable. The only thing lacking was a fridge, but overall the experience was very good👍. This was our 2nd visit to the Liner and we will be back.

This is a great hotel, perfect for visiting the Empire Theatre and right next to the train station. The room was lovely, comfortable bed, the addition of a robe & slippers was great. I've stayed here a couple of times and there is never anything to fault it.

Always friendly staff to greet you on arrival at the Liner Hotel . The rooms are always clean ,there was no air-conditioning in our budget room but we was provided with a very powerful fan .We recieved free drinks vouchers because it was my husbands birthday.

The rooms where spacious and decorated to a high standard with large bright windows. The shower was very hot and there was good sized bath tub to enjoy a bath bomb. I liked the eco friendly touches with biodegradable packaging on the toiletries and slippers. The staff were very friendly and provided very good customer service. I ordered room service and the chef was happy to accommodate my requests. I would stay again.

Very comfortable room. However extremely warm, Room backed onto Lime Street Station, had to keep the window open so was woken about 6ish when the trains started however very quiet throughout the night. Bed very comfortable, coffe and tea making facilities in the room very good . Breakfast excellent! Staff very pleasant and helpful. Hotel 5 minute walk from St. Georges Hall also close to the Empire so good place to stay if going there. It also has a lovely bar area and seating outside.
