We showed up 2 hours after check in and still had to wait 30 minutes because our room wasn’t ready. 2. We came back after a concert and none of the exterior doors worked including the main doors, no signage or anything, we just walked around until we found a random door propped open with a chair to let us in. 3. We were staying on the third floor, and the elevators...

「一家有100年历史的酒店，电梯必须是服务员来开，前台是个80的老太太，说他奇葩，是因为噪音太大了，对面是火车站，楼下的酒吧要开到凌晨2点，但是酒店的服务非常好，都给你准备了两付耳塞！如果不是这么吵，真的很喜欢这家有历史感的酒店！」

「Stayed for four nights. Not once was the room made up, trash emptied, towels replaced. Had to request clean towels after 2 nights and trash removal. Towels were brought to the door, and we were handed new trash bags to put in the trash receptacles. Old trash remained in the room in trash bags the entire 4 days. Place appeared to be recently remodeled and certain things were overlooked. Toilet paper was rolls of paper on the vanity top. No toilet paper roll holders. Large table lamp did not work....
