Hotel precioso, servicio no de esta categoría

Este fin de semana hemos estado en el hotel. El hotel precioso, y nos sorprendió cuando llegamos y desconectamos muchísimo. Por la noche me di cuenta de que el lavabo (la pica de las manos) perdía agua en su conexión con la pared. Llamamos a los números de emergencia que nos habían facilitado, sin obtener respuesta. Hoy, una vez realizado el check out, hemos comentado en recepción la incidencia y la respuesta ha sido “y qué me quieres decir con esto”. Nos ha sorprendido, ya que no es una respuesta adecuada, y menos en un hotel de esta categoría. Ni se disculpó por el altercado, ni nos dio las gracias por avisar. Un hotel de esta categoría (4S y relais&chateaux) esperas algo más,… recalco: el hotel es precioso, ubicación espectacular para desconectar, pero son estos detalles los que marcan la diferencia entre volver o no, y recomendarlo o no. Una pena.

El trato del personal del hotel inigualable, matrícula de honor. Son encantadores y estan por ti en todo momento, pero discretamente y son eficiaces, resolutiivos, trabajan con interés, dedicacion y siempre de buen humor. En ningún otro hotel nos han hecho sentir de manera tan especial. El hotel tiene magia, el lugar, la decoración, el jardin, la Iluminación exterior, la limpieza, los detalles en general. Las habitaciones a cual mejor...Ya es la tercera vez que nos alojamos y seguro que no será la última, queremos probar y disfrutar de cada una de sus estancias. La comida una experiencia única para el paladar. Nos encanta el lugar, es ideal para pasear y visitar el puente de la Frau, o bicicleta hasta Solsona y alrededores. La piscina es espectacular, tranquila y con vistas al bosque, ideal para relajarse.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. We stayed here as part of our honeymoon, travelling through south east Spain. Service, facilities and quality of accommodation were exceptional and the breakfast was beautiful. It is quite far from the ‘beatten track’ and there is little locally to do other than enjoy the setting of the hotel.
