「Excellent breakfast but did request a ground floor room but was allocated one on 3rd floor. Apparently this request was not forwarded and made my stay very uncomfortable as I have severe asthma and I did struggle but no other room available m」

「Very comfortable hotel . My only concern was I was on the top floor and there was no lift. If I were to stay again I would request the lower floors. The owners were very friendly and the over all stay was comfortable. 」

「The room was neat and tidy, Nigel greeted us warmly and welcoming, the hotel was placed well for us in town, although the parking was sometimes chaotic we always found a parking space by our hotel or close, our room was always clean and topped up with tea and coffee regularly, and we were left to do our own thing, would definitely highly recommend this hotel, and hope to go back there next year」

「Fantastic stay start to finish We stayed 3 nights with breakfast included we were greeted at the door and offered assistance with our cases upto our room where we was shown how everything works and where everything was We had a small fridge in our room equipped with fresh milk and bottled water which was replenished every day,room was a good size and bathroom very modern. Breakfast was a great choice and plentiful and cooked to our liking by Paul Teresa is a lovely woman always smiling and...

「This is a great location for a few days stay, in a quiet street very close to the station and centre of Llandudno. The room is comfortable and the breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Martin is a very genial host. No problems here at all, thanks again!」

「We could'nt really recommend Clifton Villa more highly. The staff could not be more friendly & helpful, the place is immaculate, in room facilities, fridge, tea, coffee, microwave, in room eating area superb and loads more character than your average Travel Lodge or Premier Inn. 」

「Lovely bed and breakfast just off the centre of Llandudno. Very clean, breakfast was lovely and the place was very quiet despite being a couple of minutes walk to the shops and pier. Free parking available for 3 cars around the back of the property. Recommended.」

"Location is perfect, facing the sea and we need only 1 minute to walk to the beach. I visited in mid-May, when the hotel was undergoing maintenance which was unexpected and left me certain disappointments. However, the rest experiences were in contrast and exceeded my normal expectation to a hotel. It did great in 3 very important basic things of a hotel, which are strong and hot shower, comfortable bed and pillow, and strong hair dryer (all were even better than most 5 stars hotels I have visited). Services also excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the waiter of the restaurant who was enthusiastic and sincere. Restaurant food was great and price was reasonably low. Carpet of the room was a bit old which was the only thing I did mind a bit. Will definitely visit again."
