"Arrived and no one had any idea which tent we were supposed to be in. Originally taken to one that had no made beds, litter, broken chairs and an inflatable dirty lazy spa (advised as a hot tub). Then got told to my relief wasn’t our tent. Instead we were taken to another tent that was transparent in a small field squished in with another 5-6 tents and had a dirty deflated paddling pool in the centre. "Lovely staff. We had 2 very large suitcases and were worried about lugging them up the stairs as there is no lift, however a staff member did this for us, which was great. The room was comfortable, and the view was lovely. We did eat at the restaurant downstairs, but it took an hour to get our meal. The restaurant was packed to the rafters, and the staff were run off their feet (a table next to us walked out) - it seemed that were not enough staff to cater to the amount of people. Apart from that, it was a nice place to stay, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again."
