「We have stayed here several times before and always had a great experience. Upon arrival, they tried to say the room wasn’t available. They tried to charge us more than we paid for a room with less amenities. It wasn’t until we showed the room was booked and paid for did they say it was available. 「This family run apart-hotel is outstanding. The service is next level with a willingness to help on any matter and an enthusiasm to offer the best experience possible. The hotel is unique and offers an authentic Quito experience. The apartments are impressive- they are large, clean and comfortable. If you are visiting Quito and want to stay somewhere unique this is the place - recommend highly.」
