  • Half a mile from the beach and 5 miles from Aberaeron, this detached bungalow is set on edge of the village of Llanon.. All on the Ground Floor:

    Living room: Freeview TV, Woodburner

    Kitchen/dining room: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer

    Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

    Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds

    Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric heaters, electricity and bed linen included. Cot and highchair. Garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Ideal for a beach or a watersport holiday. This detached bungalow is built in the owners’ grounds of 2 acres with stream, on edge of the village of Llanon, about half a mile from the beach, 5 miles from Aberaeron. Ideal for a beach or watersport holiday with New Quay and Aberystwyth both about 10 miles. Clifftop or hill walking, touring inland, with Tregaron and Lampeter both 15 miles, and Cardigan about 25 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

We all enjoyed our stay at Greenmeadow Bungalow. Lovely host and well equipped cottage. Enjoyed the location of sea view and sheep in the adjacent fields. Short walk to the local beach (10 minutes) and the relaxing sound of the stream running by. Good pub nearby with excellent food. If slightly modernised it would make it more appealing to more people. i cannot praise grrenmeadows enough.

i cannot praise grrenmeadows enough. such good value, clean wellstocked, warm beds and so clean. lovely people, and dogs adorable my new rescue dog finally found a dog to play with. so quiet and peaceful, not keen on A487 BUT WE SHOULD BE USED TO THE TRAFFIC as we live near it and use it frequently . cannot wait for next year want to go again as we usually go to cumbria for keith fishing 220 miles too against 81 to Llannon. deserves an 11plus marks. two of us love aberaeron went twice

enjoyed the view across the fields and the sea.

enjoyed the view across the fields and the sea. it was fun watching the wildlife, which included red-kites and rabbits. And only a short walk to the beach. good area for days out, including Rheidol railway, strata florida abbey, Aberystwyth and Aberaeron, to name a few.

Beautiful location.

Beautiful location. Accommodation extremely clean and very comfortable. Owners are lovely, very helpful and professional. I used to come to Greenmeadow bungalow along time ago with my dog and now it’s nice to return with my son now he’s old enough to enjoy the walks and scenery. Great for children, park two minute walk away and five minute walk through the fields to the beach. Perfect setting. Plenty to see and do out of season too. Big thumbs up ?
