“We had a perfect weekend in this gorgeous cottage. Sam had the hot tub ready for when we arrived and a selection of goodies! The cottage was spotless and we loved the decor. The outdoor area had comfortable furniture, lovely plants and was not overlooked making it a great place to lounge after using the hot tub. Sam has obviously gone to great lengths to ensure that her visitors feel at home and have everything they need for a relaxing break. We will definitely return!”

“Ty Golchi ist ein kleines, aber sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Cottage für 2 Personen. Dazu gehört eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick in den Garten. Die Attraktionen im Norden von Wales sind einfach zu erreichen. Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.”

“The most beautiful, well equipped cottage a short walk from Beddgelert with stunning views and an ideal spot for hiking, walking and trips on the WHR. We cannot recommend the place enough. Perfect for a few days away with a dog too!”

“We booked very last minute and Karen couldn’t have been more helpful! We needed a base near Snowdon and this is a 15 minute drive away. The site itself is just what you’d hope : a bar ( Friday night was bingo!), a lovely river, the grounds beautifully kept and a well stocked shop with all sorts from loo roll to jewellery! The chalet was spotless, very well equipped and incredibly comfortable, with lovely touches that help to create that home from home feel. Parking was easy in September, we were……

“Excellent location - easy walk to town / railway. Marvellous view of estuary, yachts, which even with rainy weather brightened the spirit. Could sit & relax just looking at the view. Superb bathroom with large shower. Good facilities apart from kitchen utensils - need overhaul. Didn't like fold up dining chairs.”

“We were surprised that we had to pay extra for heat in the property by purchasing heat credit. The property had a horrible Mildeu smell, which was present even with the windows open. Inside, it was very tired and very small. There is no way it sleeps five comfortably. The larger bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable with a worn-out foam mattress. It was so painful that I went outside and slept in my car. Additionally, when I woke up, I had beetles crawling on my feet. After we returned……

“Plenty of local walks requiring no vehicle once you have arrived. If you're looking for peace and tranquility, this is perfect. Open fire, cosy lounge and central heating as back up. Beautiful views from front windows of mountains. Remember to keep gate closed as local sheep are free to roam. This is our second visit and we're still discovering new walks and places of interest. Nature at it's best!!”

“Perfect place,So quiet and relaxing.Hot tub right next to pod and no one walks past front of it,well a few chickens!The fishing lake is so beautiful,saw 2 herons.3 big Supermarkets 20 minutes away and lovely High Street a short drive .The owners are so friendly and approachable. The pod was warm,clean and Very well equipped. Can Highly Recommend, you will not want to leave!”

“We had a wonderful stay in this quaint little cottage. Even our grumpy teen who doesn’t like anyone or anything thoroughly enjoyed her stay and wants to return. The most beautiful views of Snowdon from the living room window. Homely little fire burning and keeping us all cosy. Just idyllic. My son also found Rosalie’s bird poem book and as a parrot owning family he had a good chuckle reading them. 100% we will be back.”

“Fun and different. Beautiful to wonder around. Good food. My only complaint is that everything closes at 5pm. It’s dead. Can’t eat or shop or anything after 5. Room was great. Bed was nice. Pillows hard and big. Haha ”
